Our Ministries

No matter where you are in your faith journey, there is a place for you here at our church.

When it comes to faith, we have a lot to offer. We have a variety of groups and ministries that cater to the varying needs of our members, from children to youth to women to seniors.

Our Church is a great way to get connected with other like-minded individuals who are on their own faith journey. We offer Bible studies, service opportunities and fellowship activities that will help you grow in your relationship with Christ.

Together, we can grow in our faith and make a difference in our community and beyond.

CHILDRENS' MINISTRY

 Proverbs 22:6

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Children are a vital part of any society. They are the future leaders, the ones who will shape the world to come.

It is important to teach them the gospel-centred worldview so they can make decisions based on Biblical principles as needed.

The world tells us to put ourselves first, but God commands us to love our neighbour as ourselves. Through real-life experiences, students will learn how to put others before themselves and serve those in need. In all of our programs, we will allow time for group activities and relationship building so the students can learn to work together and support one another.

Selflessness is one of the most important qualities a person can have, and it’s something that we should be teaching our children from a young age. Showing compassion and concern for others, and always considering their needs before your own, is a trait that will serve them well throughout their lives.

YOUTH GROUPS

Psalm 71:17
O God, You have taught me from my youth, and to this day I proclaim Your marvelous deeds.

We have two youth groups:

FYC (16YRS – 29YRS)

SWORD (25YRS – 40YRS)

The teenage and young adult years can be some of the most challenging in a person’s life. But it can also be a time of great opportunity. It’s a time when young people are trying to figure out who they are and what they believe. They’re searching for answers to life’s big questions. And they’re looking for something to believe in.

As a church, we have a chance to provide guidance and support during this crucial time. We can help young people understand who they are in Christ and what it means to follow him. We can introduce them to other Christians who can be positive role models and friends. And we can offer a place where they feel accepted and loved.

Youth ministry is vital to the health of our church. It’s an investment in the future. It’s an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people who will one day be the leaders of our church and our world.

If you’re a youth pastor or leader, thank you for all you do to reach and support our young people. And if you’re a parent or grandparent, thank you for entrusting your children and grandchildren to us. We take seriously the responsibility to help them grow in their faith.

SENIOR'S MINISTRY

What a blessing it is to be a part of a church that recognizes and values its seniors!

Our pastoral staff cares for the elderly who feel isolated or alone with in-home visitation, hospital visitation, and telephone calls. They recognize the value of intergenerational relationships and the youth of the church are involved in holiday outreach activities for seniors.

There’s nothing like spending time with those who have gone before us and listening to their stories. It’s a time to learn and to enjoy the simple things in life. There’s nothing like a good sing-along or sharing a meal with friends, old and new.

These are just a few of the things that make spending time with our seniors so special. They offer us a connection to our past and a glimpse into the future. They remind us that life is precious and to be enjoyed.

Our seniors have so much to offer us, if we only take the time to listen. So let’s make a point to reach out to them and to foster those special bonds. It will be time well spent, for both young and old

LADIES' MINISTRY

Ladies, we all know that relationships are hard. We are constantly trying to build them, deepen them, and encourage them. But what if we took a step back and looked at our relationship with God?

Ladies, if you’re looking to deepen your relationship with God, then a our Ladies Ministry is the perfect place for you. You’ll be able to find a mentor, build relationships with other Christian women, and grow in your faith all at the same time. Plus, there’s no better way to get to know other like-minded women who share your love for Christ.

MEN'S MINISTRY

A godly man is not defined by the world around him, but by his relationship with God. A godly man is just, merciful, humble, blameless, righteous, holy, fruitful, prosperous, unshakeable, kind, truthful, does not slander, despises evil, keeps promises, is giving rather than greedy, is a man of integrity, a doer of the Word of God, delights in the Lord’s commands, does not blend in with the world, and strives to follow Christ’s example.

When we look at the world today, it is easy to see that there is a great need for men who will stand up and be counted. Men who are willing to be the protector and provider for their families. Men who are willing to lead selflessly, with Christ as their guide. Men who are willing to take up their cross and follow Him.

So let us all strive to be the kind of men that the world needs. Men who are unafraid to stand up for what is right. Men who are willing to lead others to Christ. Men who are willing to take up their cross and follow Him.
