I’m going to speak from the teenage perspective
There are many fears that I think can go through a teenagers’ life but If I’m being honest some of the strongest ones could be fear of disappointment and failure. As a teenager you have many pressures, every day school, grades, work, friendships, hardships and yes we may only be kids but there’s a lot that can go through one’s head which then leads to poor mental health. But if there is anything I have learned is that you must put all you worries on God. When there’s a hard test, a stressful season in life, a feeling of failure or pain I pray and pray about it.
Trust me only god alone could’ve gotten me through some of those tests and assignments and he brought me through it strongly as well.
One thing I also realized is that you learn a lot from being in those low moments, you also learn how to get back up with the help of God. One of my favourite verses that I say anytime I feel like my mental health is not where it needs to be or I feel like I’m not strong enough to get through a season is
“God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.” Psalm 46:5 KJV
or I simply say…If God is within her she will not fail.
